Happy One Month Old, Kiddo!

Today is Henry's happy one month of life day.  We celebrated with a trip to the pediatrician and a (much needed) hair cut for mom.  The pediatrician thinks he looks great, the reason for the trip was to check on the hematoma on his head because it was getting hard around the edges but she said it looks totally normal and will just take time to heal.  She also said that she can tell from his rolls that he is getting enough to eat.  She actually said that.  I love her.
Here is the first in what will hopefully be a good years worth of monthly progress photos to see how quick this kiddo grows.  I decided to pose him with Cozy Monster, one of his Ugly Dolls, because first of all Cozy Monster is awesome and second of all, neither of our dogs can be trusted to pose with the baby.  Wicket because all he wants to do in life IS LICK THE BABY LET ME LICK THE BABY and we didn't want to subject Henry to that.  Izzi still isn't sure about Henry.  She is holding out hope that we will bring him back to his real family.  We are thinking she will be over that by Thanksgiving or so.
Anyway... Happy One Month, little man!  :-)
